What we collect

• Information you provide — e.g. your name, email and message if you contact us.
• Usage data — pages viewed, device and browser type, and referring links, via analytics and cookies (see our cookie policy).

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, operate and improve the site, measure traffic, and — with your consent — set non-essential cookies. We do not sell your personal information.

Legal bases & consent

Under PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, we rely on your consent for non-essential processing (such as analytics and advertising cookies), which we obtain before those cookies are set. You can withdraw consent at any time via our cookie settings.

Retention

We keep contact-form data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and analytics data for a limited period, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, and (under Law 25) to data portability and to be informed about automated processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@aets.ca. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Third parties

We use analytics providers and affiliate networks that may process limited data as processors. Affiliate operators you visit have their own privacy policies.
